Hands on design engineer versed in using Pro/Engineer, SolidWorks, COSMOS, AutoCAD, Agile, WindChill, and PDMWorks.

Able to organize cross-functional development team in using project management process to execute engineering projects. Worked with product marketing and industrial designers to develop successful production track products.

Extensive large, medium, and small, intricate plastic parts development and offshore OEM tooling and manufacturing experience. Knowledgeable with tooling, design for manufacturability, regulatory approval, and FMEA.

Developed laser and opto-mechanical products, wafer scribing tool, photovoltaic solar panel process tools, semiconductor processing equipment, optical disk drives, telephone network device enclosures, computer library systems, and wafer inspection equipment.

Set up document control system, engineering drawing standards, engineering configuration control system, new product development and introduction process, and quality assurance procedures.
